The parent unit died/stopped charging within 2 weeks and we can’t return it. I emailed for a replacement because that warranty better cover this. I changed the outlet, cord, block; let it sit on the charger for an hour and still won’t work. I really hope they honor the warranty and send us a new monitor.

I would prefer a better camera as my camera is 3 m away and I can't see the face of my child in full details. Also a description of the Box method would be nice. What means low, mid and high?

As a parent of 3 kids under 4 years old having a dual camera baby monitor is a necessity. In a world where hacking is an unfortunate reality, we love having a reliable functioning monitor that doesn't use WiFi.
We've been through a few monitors and are hopeful that this one is our favourite so far - we've only had it a couple days and are very happy. The night vision is excellent (unlike another similar priced brand whose night vision never worked) and crisp. There is a clock on the display (unlike another similar priced brand whose monitor doesn't show the time) which is great when you're wondering what time of night it is that your child is rousing.
The microphone doesn't have a delay and is very clear over the camera, which makes having conversations with a child over the monitor very smooth.
Customer service communicated with me when there was a delay with my order and offered compensation for the inconvenience.
I can't speak to how long the monitor functions for as I've owned it less than a week, but if it lasts beyond a year it will be beating all the other similar priced models we've had by a long shot.
