Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Purchased directly from comfyer.com
  • Returned with proof of purchase

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@comfyer.net.

 


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Packages that cannot be delivered due to an unreachable recipient

Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and postal code before placing your order.

 


Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: Full refund available
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled

 


Return Shipping

Change of Mind Returns

For returns due to personal preference (such as ordering the wrong item or no longer wanting it):

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Defective or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide:

  • A full refund
  • Shipping cost reimbursement

 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you have not received your refund, please first contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
