Warranty Coverage
All Comfyer products include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
You can extend your warranty by an additional 6 months for free by registering your product on our official website, for a total of 18 months of coverage.
Warranty Eligibility
To qualify for warranty service, you must:

Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

Lost or stolen products

Non-quality-related issues reported after 30 days

Products purchased more than 18 months ago

If a replacement or refund is needed, the retailer where you purchased the product may handle the request according to their store policy.
- Orders from Unauthorized Sellers
We recommend contacting the original seller directly for a refund or resolution, as unauthorized purchases are not covered under Comfyer warranty policies.
