Warranty Coverage

All Comfyer products include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

You can extend your warranty by an additional 6 months for free by registering your product on our official website, for a total of 18 months of coverage.

 


Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service, you must:

  • Purchase from Comfyer or an authorized retailer
  • Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)
  • Use the product according to the user manual

 


What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Non-quality-related issues reported after 30 days
  • Products purchased more than 18 months ago
  • Free gifts or promotional items

Please note:

  • Comfyer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use
  • Our products are designed to improve convenience and safety, but cannot guarantee the prevention of all accidents or risks
  • Maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product

 


How to Request Warranty Service

Please contact our support team at support@comfyer.net for troubleshooting and technical assistance.

If a replacement or refund is needed, the retailer where you purchased the product may handle the request according to their store policy.

  • Orders from Unauthorized Sellers

We recommend contacting the original seller directly for a refund or resolution, as unauthorized purchases are not covered under Comfyer warranty policies.
