Does the monitor work at night?

What is VOX Mode?

VOX Mode is a smart sound-activated feature designed to help parents monitor their baby more efficiently while reducing unnecessary screen time and noise. When VOX Mode is turned on: ● The screen automatically turns off to save battery ● The monitor stays in standby mode while the room is quiet ● The screen and audio automatically wake up when your baby cries or sound is detected This allows parents to rest more comfortably without constantly watching the screen, while still being alerted when their baby needs attention. It’s especially useful during nighttime monitoring and naps.

Do you ship worldwide?

How can I track my order?

How long will it take to get my order?

How do I change my address once an order has been placed?

Return & Exchange

Can I exchange a product?

How can I change or cancel my order?

Since we want to send your items to you as quickly as possible, we are generally unable to makechanges to an order after it's been placed. However, you can Email Us to check your order status.

How long does a refund take to process?

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

How long is the warranty period?

All Comfyer products include a 12-month warranty, with an additional 6-month extension available after product registration.

What does the warranty cover?
