I purchased this bottle warmer, but it is already no longer working.
When I set the temperature to 37°C, the water stays cold, and now I am getting an E5 error, I believe.
Impossible to make a warranty claim. Nobody answers

The charger is not working as described. Our battery is empty after two feedings. I contacted customer service several times and never received a response.

Very disappointing product. We have only had it for 2 months, the charge does not last at all so we are constantly recharging it. Very poor quality overall and poor customer service, have emailed twice and never received a response.
